SHIPPING: Terms & Conditions

Our General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders placed through Pink Lily Ltd. online store, www.pinklilyretail.com. Placing an Order through our website indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

1) ORDERS:

Your ORDER Confirmation will be sent by email. All In-stock items will be processed and sent within a maximum of 4 working days. We usually have next day shipping.

 

2) SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

CANADA & UNITED STATES:

Pink Lily offers a flat fee of $20.00 within Canada; and $28.00 to the United States. Shipping with Canada Post.

We are happy to offer: FREE shipping on orders over $75.00 (Canadian $) for Canada, and, the United States!

International Orders:

We do not ship outside of North America.  We thank you for your interest.

3) RETURNS:

If you would like to cancel your Order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase, via email to pinklilyretail@outlook.com We ship quickly and therefore need to be emailed quickly if you want to cancel your order.

For any products purchased at Pink Lily Ltd. you have the right to return your shipment within 4 days of receipt: items cannot be returned if they have been worn. Please contact us at pinklilyretail@outlook.com. We will issue a return code, which will enable you to receive a refund to your credit card or Pay pal account, minus shipping charges. Pink Lily Ltd. is not responsible for lost/damaged items being returned.  We will NOT refund shipping charges.

We are wholesalers: we appreciate your understanding that we cannot take any returns for items purchased from other Retail Stores across Canada carrying our merchandise. You must go back to the store where you bought your Pink Lily Merchandise with your receipt and take care of it there. Thanks again.

The Return Policy: procedures.

1) Please email us and let us know what is being returned. We will issue a return code. Then, mail your parcel back to us.

2) We will let you know when we receive your returned item. All returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any jewellery and/or hair products with signs of wear can not be accepted back. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn or altered in any way.
